Dave Beam has been helping businesses for the last 24 years. He is owner and operator of a successful ActionCOACH Business Coaching franchise, and has a passion to assist business leaders create amazing outcomes. He has coached over 200 businesses in the Tri-State area over the last twelve years. Dave is recognized as a leading coach with the ActionCOACH franchise and has been recognized with numerous awards.
Dave was born in Lexington, Kentucky, and grew up in southern Ohio. He attended the University of Kentucky and studied chemistry, and returned to the Tri-State area over 24 years ago. He understands the economic and business challenges associated with the Appalachian area. Dave resides in Wheelersburg, Ohio and is happily married for 30 years to his wife, Connie, and has three sons. He is active in his local church and is a certified biblical counsellor with ACBC. In that role, he enjoys helping people overcome personal challenges.
His diverse business career includes developing an environmental consulting branch office from the ground up to an over 1.5 million dollar annual revenue, serving as director of research and development for a specialty communication firm, business regulatory consultant for municipal government, as well as marketing, sales, and business development experience.
Dave specializes in coaching clients in business growth and leadership development. His personal style of coaching is kind but intense. He is an accomplished group facilitator and speaker.
