#16 - How to Eat Mindfully


This month across Headspace we are sharing our Guide to the Body. Last week was all about fitness, and on the podcast we looked at exercise and the natural human ability for endurance. I was lucky enough to speak to two of my biggest inspirations, ultra athlete Rich Roll, and award winning journalist and author of best-selling Born to Run, Chris McDougall. I talked to Gunnar about what it means to eat mindfully, aside from just choosing the healthiest looking food at the supermarket - how the choices we make can affect others, and what happens when you try and take a small community food club and make it national.
