episode 81: Crime bosses tried to make me the most feared gangster who ever lived, and I hated being the infamous “Tonio.” Sports and women within organized crime were huge in my boyhood!

“Sport pertains to any form of competitive physical activity or game[1] that aims to use, maintain, or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to participants and, in some cases, entertainment to spectators.[2] Sports can, through casual or organized participation, improve participants' physical health. Hundreds of sports exist, from those between single contestants, through to those with hundreds of simultaneous participants, either in teams or competing as individuals. In certain sports such as racing, many contestants may compete, simultaneously or consecutively, with one winner; in others, the contest (a match) is between two sides, each attempting to exceed the other. Some sports allow a "tie" or "draw", in which there is no single winner; others provide tie-breaking methods to ensure one winner and one loser. A number of contests may be arranged in a tournament producing a champion. Many sports leagues make an annual champion by arranging games in a regular sports season, followed in some cases by playoffs.” When it comes to sex, be respectful of the usage of tone of voices, slang, word choices, socially offensive language, colloquialisms, tone of face (facial expressions), commands/pointers/tips/suggestions/cues (verbally, through sounds, through faces, through body languages, and through physically making each other do sexual things), volume and noise levels, and triggers. 11] Some common triggers are: a particular smell[10][12] – such as freshly mown grass, the fragrance of an aftershave product or perfume.[6] The sense of smell, olfaction, has been claimed as more closely connected to traumatic reminders than other sensory experiences.[13][14][self-published source?] a particular taste[6] – such as the food eaten during or shortly before a traumatic experience a particular sound[10][12] – such as a helicopter or a song[1] a particular texture[1][15] certain times of day[10][12] – for example, sunset or sunrise[1] certain times of year or specific dates – for example, autumn weather that resembles the affected person's experience of the weather during the September 11 attacks,[15] or the anniversary of a traumatic experience[6] sights[12] – (real, photo, film or video) for examples, a fallen tree or a light shining at a particular angle[6] places[10] – for example, a bathroom, or all bathrooms[16] a person,[12] especially a person who was present during a traumatic event or resembles someone involved in that event in some respect[10] an argument[10] a sensation on the skin[6] – such as the feeling of a wristwatch resembling the feeling of handcuffs, or sexual touching for victims of sexual assault[6] the position of the body[17] physical pain[6][17] emotions – such as feeling overwhelmed, vulnerable, or not in control[1][15] a particular situation – for example, being in a crowded place[1].” Keep these all in mind concerning sex and outside of sex. Sex has trigger warnings. “A trigger warning is a message presented to an audience about the contents of a piece of media, to warn them that it contains potentially distressing content. A more generic term, which is not directly focused on PTSD, is content warning.” --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/antonio-myers4/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/antonio-myers4/support
