Diaries of a 6 figure Coach

More doesn’t equal more, just like rushing won’t get you there faster!  The theme of slowing down, gaining focus and moving with beautiful intention has been a theme that has come up all week long for my clients and myself. 

Here is what I want you to know…

It is what allows you to create better, consistent and sustainable results.

While rushing, most of the time just breeds more rushing, doubt, worry, second-guessing, needing to do things again, all because you didn't want to take the time to really allow yourself to do them well or to get clear.

And what ends up happening oftentimes through that rushing is that we don't get there at all or it actually ends up taking longer. Because your energy is all over the place. Your focus is all over the place, you're so focused on rushing and doing it fast, that you're forgetting about the quality in which you're doing it, who you're being when you're doing it.
