As Christians are changed, so is the environment in which we will live. Psalm 102:25-26 - Of old you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. 26 They will perish, but you will remain; they will all wear out like a garment. You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away, 2 Peter 3:13 - But according to His promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Why must the earth be made new? How is this different than the Garden of Eden? The different trees? 

Rev. 21 Made possible because of Jesus Christ. “There is liberty from the bondage that has held all of creation.” Romans 8:18-23 - For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. 19 For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. 23 And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. So, when Adam sinned, the earth was cursed. Christ redeemed the earth? 3.Our sonship. We are conformed to Christ our elder brother. Romans 8:29 - For those whom He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, in order that He might be the firstborn among many brothers. Colossians 1:18 - And He is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything He might be preeminent. What is the difference between our glorification and the glorification of God, and specifically of Jesus Christ? 1 John 3:1-2 - See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know Him. 2 Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when He appears we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is. We are made like Him, but we are not Him; correct? 1 Corinthians 15:24 - Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power. “Then comes the end”. What end? “Then the beginning will come. - Then shall we enter into the world of eternal light and joy!” So, for true Christians the “final days” are not the final days and the “end times” are not the end times. A practical application for today: 1 John 3:3 - And everyone who thus hopes in Him purifies himself as He is pure. Will the bodies of unbelievers also be raised? Psalm 8 O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens. 2 Out of the mouth of babies and infants, you have established strength because of your foes, to still the enemy and the avenger. 3 When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, 4 what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him? 5 Yet you have made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor. 6 You have given him dominion over the works of your hands; you have put all things under his feet, 7 all sheep and oxen, and also the beasts of the field, 8 the birds of the heavens, and the fish of the sea, whatever passes along the paths of the seas. 9 O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
