Having doubt is to be fundamentally human & asking questions is the first step to finding answers and clarity. Let’s shed the shadow of shame cast on doubt and instead seek and find clarity that only comes with asking questions.

2023 has been the year of DISCOMFORTABLE.  That’s the word of the year I chose for myself in January 2023. 

I wrote, “Time to normalize that it’s not a problem to feel discomfort.The only time it is, is when YOU make it a problem.  This year I’m leaning in hard to all things discomfort until they become ‘discomfortable.’”
