Our first case occurred on the evening of January 17, 2020, when Scott Ratigan, a 24-year-old, was found murdered in his Arlington, Virginia apartment. His cause of death has not been released, however, the police have shared video footage of a person of interest. On the morning of March 10, 1997, Leah Rowlands, a 41-year-old mother of two, worked at the Amoco gas station just off Interstate 80 in Cozad, Nebraska.
