After a week of planning, today’s show was live from mission control in Muswellbrook (aka Pukara Estate olive farm) as we launched a bowl of Big John’s Tomato Space-Ghetti into space. We had music from Elton Jack, the world’s number one Elton John impersonator, a countdown from Wippa’s dad, Big John himself, as he made his radio debut and 13 students from UTS helping with the blast off. Plus the Muswellbrook Mayor and a load of locals on site to cheer us on...

This morning Wippa asked if anyone listening has ever been to prison, and it led to some really interesting calls from former inmates! Including one from George who was tackled by the riot squad inside. If that all sounds a little too serious, the team also had a discussion on first dating poos and started to get excited for tomorrow’s Big John’s Space-ghetti launch in Muswellbrook…

This morning we surprise called one of our 6 o'clock club members to give them the chance to win some cash as part of our Quiet Calls… and not only wasn’t she quiet, but she also wasn’t very happy we woke her up! Whoops. Wippa also phoned around some businesses in Muswellbrook to see how excited the town is for Thursday’s space-ghetti launch. Spoiler: They're not. The team then talked small businesses and played Song S’Song Song Song.
