Quinn Simmons' tweets got himself kicked off Trek Segafredo's team for races...but for how long? We also discuss Binckbank Tour stage 3 (you might have noticed there was no stage 2), where a man we said should be thought of as a premium sprinter got the job done.

The revised ITT in Riemst for stage 4 (or is it 3?) in this year's Binckbank tour. Of prologue length, but technically a time trial, it had the potential to shake up the general classification with Pedersen holding a slender lead over MVDP, Kragh Andersen and Kung.

A stage with perfect symmetry in the profile and a balance between the sprinters' teams as to which sprinter would be dropped on the one major climb of the day, before the flat run in to the finish on the coast. Before the stage had even started however, the unfortunate news broke that Geraint Thomas would not be starting Stage 4 of Giro d'Italia 2020 after his crash in yesterday's stage.

Stage 7 of the Giro d'Italia 2020 looked to be a straightforward sprint stage however there was some crosswind action in the first half of the race that really made it difficult for many of the GC men, including Fuglsang and Pozzovivo. Into the finale and a bunch sprint did happen as predicted but another debate arose after the result where Demare sprinted diagonally but received no sanction from the UCI - should he have been relegated?
