Acting with integrity requires us to deal with our own issues, but gives us much more control over what we do and what happens in our lives.
Our understanding of the condition that we now call ADHD has evolved over the last hundred years. The slow evolution of ADHD as a diagnosis may explain why it took so long for you to be diagnosed.
ADHD is still more likely to be diagnosed in males than in females, even though the condition creates the same information-processing weaknesses in both genders. However, society places different expectations on men than on women,
I’m doing something a little different here. I will be talking about improving your relationship, but using some jokes to illustrate some important points, so hopefully that makes it more fun (and helps the lessons stick better, too).
Some people take days off of their ADHD meds. We discuss the reasons why you should or shouldn’t do this.
