Craig then discusses how much Sewing Down South has grown since the past few years and some of the messages he has gotten from people seeing the displays in Kroger(s)...
Do you think Paige would move to space with Craig? Well, that is exactly what Craig and Nick are discussing. First, they talk about how certain businesses took off when others failed and laugh about how a certain thing has changed over the years. The guys then discuss all things space from Aliens, the Moon landing, and being a Starship Captain.
Craig and Austen are currently "busy" for a little bit so as mentioned, some episodes may be split up.
Craig is recapping his Napa trip with Austen as they laugh about how well they actually know wine. They then laugh and talk about all the fun and interesting people he met Halls charity food and wine event. Craig then gives Austen a tease at some new Sewing Down South lines as this week finally kicks off the Kroger launch after over a year of planning. The boys then debate a case in Nebraska about who is in the right when it came to a lady getting free gas...
It is Masters week so the guys start out by talking golf and sharing some of their fun stories, some of which may talk about some bans. The guys then talk about what they have going on this weekend as Craig is off to Napa as a celebrity judge for a charity wine and food competition for our friends at Hall Wine.
Craig and Austen discuss some of the superstitions around eclipses and some of the funny memes that Austen has seen that reminded him immediately of Craig. The boys than discuss being sick on vacation and how Craig keeps ordering different foods to figure out what he can taste. The guys also go back and forth on some other varying topics before answering a few bestie questions.
Pool season is upon us and Craig and Austen are talking about when it is time to open them up and start enjoying the warm weather. This then leads to a conversation about the sport of diving and how it may actually be more fun to watch it at the lower levels than the Olympic levels. Craig then shares with Austen his most recent travel nightmare as he discusses how he and Paige were trapped in turbulence for almost 45 minutes.
Craig is venting how much he hates April Fools by sharing a couple of examples of how he has been "fooled". The guys laugh as he shares about an undiscovered school mystery to an innocent drink promo. Craig then tells Austen about the phenonium of foreign accent syndrome and how crazy it is. This of course leads into some of the dumb ways the guys have tried to pick up women when they were younger.
Craig is in New York with Paige who is providing some running commentary as Craig and Austen debate the time to drink an espresso martini. The guys then discuss the serial punching that is happening in NYC and what to do if you get trapped in a sinking car. Craig and Austen then laugh at Craig's reverse uno moment on the most recent episode of Summer House.
Katie Kroll finally makes her first appearance on the podcast as she guest hosts the first half of this Tuesday's episode. Austen and her talk book clubs and how they got into doing their specialty cocktails at family functions. After the break, Katie and Austen discuss her "fun"-employment as she shares what it is like being laid off and what she plans on doing. Austen also gives a sneak peak to one of his hopes for the new bar menu at BTW.
