Our correspondent Nassem Sadiq in Duhok conveyed to us the activities of the festival that took place on February 6-7, 2020 in Saint Nersea Church.

Sadiq said that the festival included singing of the poems of Mar Narsai, Mar Ephrem( From 4th century), a charitable market, and presented a play about Mar Narsai’s life.

Almost fifty years passed since the first meeting to establish the Assyrian sports and cultural club took place in a mall room in a Sydney suburb of Randwick . Today the club has it's own building in Fairfield and has plans to expand further.
