Around 700,000 workers are affected by the new cut to penalty rates which came into effect on 1st of July. Some retail, hospitality, and pharmacy workers are the losers.

-霍巴特一位73岁的机械工程师从2010年开始，和一群志愿者以及机构一起动手改装了164辆自行车，目的是什么？
原来，这位名叫Barry Wilson的老人家是为了让从未骑过车的残疾孩子享受脚踏板转动的乐趣。
这位刚刚获得女王勋章的霍巴特人说，看到孩子们骑车后由衷的开心，让他很有成就感。
有的孩子还因此锻炼了肌肉，改善了精神健康，并骑上了正常的自行车。
