Like most of Michael Bay's movies, this film did not impress critics, but unlike his other films it also failed at the box office...
Power Rangers
This reboot of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers franchise gave the world a new take on the famed teenagers with attitude. A more thoughtful and slow paced iteration, the Dean Israelite film broke barriers in a number of ways. Unfortunately the film received middling results at both the box office and from critics. Last week may have been our shortest episode, but strap into your zords because now you are getting our longest!

Upgrade
Renown producer of great low budget horror Jason Blum teamed up with writer/director Leigh Whannell to deliver a blood and gore filled science fiction action banger. While not a major release, Upgrade quickly received good word of mouth and earned a reputation as a film that people missed in 2018.
