Your Transformation Station

Are you tired of getting trite, outdated advice from fake experts that sounds too good to be true? You have a better chance with Google search than the majority of today’s podcasts. Self-improvement in 2022 has evolved and now instead join me, Gregory Favazza for a free-for-all on open mic with your industry leaders that makes sense.I won’t do a ten-minute ad for my upcoming book, won’t talk over my guest when they’re sharing good advice, and I will shut someone down if they’re using glittering generalities to taint the dialogue or sharing something that’s irrelevant, I will call them out. I don’t go into politics, but I will ask the experts your burning questions, like is it normal that I’m staying up until 3 AM every night, why did I skip the gym last week, and why the f-ck can’t I stop cussing on my podcast? These questions or some variations of them are what I want to know. The experts of organizational leadership will go into these, and questions like them so that you can stop searching Google for yet another self-help blog. I want to illustrate what isn’t being taught anywhere, how to negotiate with yourself under pressure, the information is here, from me...
