The other day, h Sterling Burnett, director of the Heartland Institute's Arthur b Robinson Center For Climate and Environmental Policy, was a guest on the John Steigerwalt Show on AM 1250 The Answer in Pittsburgh. Sterling is a frequent guest of that excellent program. I was asked on to talk about Pennsylvania's plan to lean on solar and wind for future energy. As you might expect, Sterling explained how and why this is a bad idea, especially for resource rich Pennsylvania.
