In My Shoes Campaign Calling On The People Of Clare To Donate Old Shoes
On Tuesday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Catherine McGee of the In My Shoes Campaign. Catherine discussed the campaign which aims to ship pre-loved shoes to children in Southern Africa in order to make a change to their lives. The campaign is currently running until Friday April 28th. She spoke about the success of the campaign to date and the various people and businesses that have assisted them in their efforts. She made reference to partnering up with many other various charities and called on all primary schools, clubs and individuals to participate in the campaign.
