One of the most common questions I get during therapy sessions is - How do I stay consistent?

Whether it’s with eating healthy, gratitude journaling, or being intentional about budgeting… my patients routinely lament over their lack of motivation after a few weeks or even days of starting a new habit.

In this episode of Happy Without Medicine, I’m going to share the tips that I’ve shared with patients of mine who have successfully been able to start new habits, and several months later, are still keeping up with them.
