Discouragement can leave one feeling drained and can negatively impact one's mindset, making it difficult to tackle even small tasks. I believe that mindset, confidence and faith are key to dealing with discouraging situations, both before they happen and when they occur. I recommend surrounding oneself with positivity, celebrating accomplishments responsibly, flipping negatives to positives, developing healthy habits, recognizing that failure is not a reflection of one's worth. By using these strategies, it's possible to overcome discouragement and continue to move forward in life.
