Kevin kicks off the episode with an in depth exploration of the show that inspired his latest revelation: American Gladiators. We get a brief history of the show, why it was popular, and why it ultimately failed. As it turns out, that failure serves as pretty solid evidence in the case against AI dominance.

Then we talk about one of the most critical components of any creative endeavor – the human element. We talk about how crucial that element was to American Gladiators, the importance of characters in the narrative of life, and even the rationale behind weather forecasting fame.

We finish out the episode by tackling some of the heavy-hitter topics, like how much do people actually need to care? Do they really want an authentic experience? Would you pay millions of dollars for a Picasso fart?
