Jared is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and technology teams, as well as managing BIA's California factory. Prior to joining BIA, he held a senior position in Ernst and Young's Transactions Strategy department. With an undergraduate degree from George Washington University and an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business, Jared brings a diverse skill set and a fresh perspective to the table.
