In this candid episode, I dive into the experience of grief and it’s relationship to authenticity, sharing some raw reflections in the wake of my uncle's passing.

In this episode, I open up about the recent loss of my beloved uncle, and how it has made me confront the inevitable reality of aging family members, including my parents.

I explore the concept of not wearing masks, cherishing the present moment, and finding beauty in genuine emotions.
