Stephanie Mitchko-Beale an Emmy Award winning C-Suite executive who thrives in the space between technology and business results. She is the recent EVP & CTO at Charter Communications. As a key spokesperson and sought-after presenter, Stephanie is dedicated to raising the consciousness of leaders for a more sustainable, equitable and prosperous future. A trailblazing technology executive who has achieved remarkable success in her field, and multiple Emmy awards and a groundbreaking tech patent to her name, she embodies the epitome of leadership in the tech industry.

Prior to Joining Charter Stephanie was CTO & COO of Cadent TV. Before joining Cadent Stephanie was the SVP of Video Infrastructure Software at Cablevision, responsible for the development of the innovative Multi-Room (cloud-based) DVR system and Video On Demand. 

With more than 25 years of experience, Mitchko is a technology, media, and advanced advertising maven with a solid record of pioneering evolutionary products.

Stephanie holds a Certificate from the SCTE-Tuck Executive Leadership Program at Dartmouth, a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from NYU-Poly in New York, teaches as a guest lecturer at NYU/Stern Graduate School and is a member of the NYU Poly Enterprise Learning Board.

During her spare time, Stephanie also loves to do glass mosaic art and woodworking. She is married to her wonderful husband, David, and is a mother of three adult children.
