NONE of the strategies for overcoming perfectionism worked for me. Perfectionism Recovery made me feel even worse (I l????ve giving my ALL!). Changing my thoughts was impossible bc I had SO MANY. Meditation made me feel incompetent bc it was so hard to quiet my mind. Therapy left me feeling better in the moment but then anxious AF when reality hits + IDK the ‘correct’ tool to use..For decades I believed I was defective. It was ALL.my.fault I couldn’t get what works great for everyone else on Earth to work for me. Harder I tried, more crippled by perfectionism I became..
