episode 192: E192 - Why 86 % of New Year's Resolutions Fail (and How to Succeed)

In a German study, 80% of respondents stated that their New Year's resolutions would last a maximum of 2 months.

If we subtract a few liars from the rest and boom, we are left with a very large number of around 86 % of resolutions that fail every year.

But why do only less than 20% of people manage to stick to their New Year's resolutions at all?

Is there a secret force that prevents us from keeping our resolutions? Or are we humans simply not made to keep good New Year's resolutions?

Today we decode the real reason why almost all New Year's resolutions fail.

We tackle the question of why we humans find it so incredibly difficult to stay true to our resolutions.

And at the end of the video, we look at what you can do differently to get ahead of the 86% of those who don't make it this year.

There are a few tricks we can use to trick our brain into actually keeping our resolutions.
