This is meditation for our busy, modern lives. Accessible, easy and without any promises. I don't promise you'll be cured of anything or be able to go off of medication you take. Please consult your medical professional before you consider that. My goal is to help enhance your day. Give you a few moments of peace when you may be struggling with something. This meditation has a modern look and feel. Of course, traditional meditation is still effective; I practice it myself, but in our fast-paced lives we need something more practical. This meditation can be done almost anywhere, almost anytime. You're in control. Don't worry about sitting for a period of time, or only practicing a certain type of meditation.
