Edgar Cayce The Sleeping Prophet was known for putting himself in a sleeplike trance to access the universal consciousness and gave readings, made predictions, and cured those that were ill. He claimed to have acquired his special gift after being visited by a winged woman while reading the bible in the forest. Despite his great powers, he wasn’t able to predict or heal one of the most important people in his life. Today, we’ll discuss the events that lead to Edgar Cayce becoming one of the country’s most renowned prophets, some of his most well known predictions and healings, and some of the predictions he got way wrong!
