Clients are first educated on the procedure and then depending on the nature of the injury, massages are performed according to the treatment protocol. It could be two visits or as long as three weeks or more. There may be some initial soreness after the workout but once the injury is dealt with and the masseuse gets to understand your body, healing is well on its way.
