episode 39: BPA S01E06: The Heroes of Flight 93, September 11th, 2001


On September 11th 2001, United Flight 93 out of Newark, NJ was hijacked by four Al-Qaeda terrorists. After the World Trade Center and Pentagon were attacked, forty men and women onboard Flight 93 launched a counteroffensive against the terrorists that hijacked their airplane. In the end the plane crashed in a field outside of Shanksville, PA, but the brave passengers of Flight 93 gave their lives to save countless others.
