episode 565: Ode to the Snipping Tool

Where, oh where, is Windows 10 version 1803? Patch Tuesday came and went with no announcement. Windows 10 version 17133 is clearly RTM: Microsoft has updated its status four times since initial release, including its first CU. On the bright side, more PWAs are starting to show up in the Store. Whenever RS4 arrives, this will be a good thing. 64-bit apps are coming to Windows 10 on ARM - sort of. Screen Clips are coming to Windows 10 Redstone 5 - maybe. A reminder: April 10 was the last day MS will patch Win 10 1607 (Anniversary Update) -- unless you are an Education or Enterprise user. Those 2 groups have 6 more months. The Next Wave - what's bigger than mobile or the web? Microsoft just found its place in the future.
