Everyone has their list of favorite Doctors - but what if we tried to rank the different Time Lord incarnations using more objective factors? Jessica and Phillip draw up their ranking of the "numbered" Doctors using criteria such as strength of companions, good stories, and how excited you are to see a serial of that Doctor. Their two lists ending being similar but not the same.
In their look into the TARDIS library, the couple revisit the Fourth Doctor story "City of Death," and why a strong story like this makes Tom Baker's Doctor a favorite.
