For most of us, role-playing and Savage Worlds is just a hobby. We play this game because it makes us happy.
In Australia lives a wonderful man who runs a program called Applied Role Playing Skills Program. He uses Savage Worlds to help children, teenagers and adult build social skills and confidence. In some cases these are people with social anxiety or high functioning autism. His name is Paris Conte. If you frequent social media you may know him as Pure Mongrel.
We were absolutely floored to learn how he runs this program. He's accomplished so much. Best of all, whether you're a novice or veteran GM, whether you're running a game for old friends, a new group, children or people new to the hobby, you'll hear some of the best advice and tips on this episode.
