We find something good - and something bad - from last weekend's gut punch of a draw. The progression is happening, the team is starting to look like themselves again, but the result was the same. Peter Vermes was recently interviewed and he mentioned SKC's pursuit of both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Giovanni Dos Santos. While it is hard to say how extensive these were, it does show this team's search for players is never ending.
The team you love to hate, the Seattle Sounders, come to town this weekend. They will be without a player who has inflicted plenty of damage to SKC, Chad Marshall, who announced his retirement this week.
