Blige’s Heart of The City Tour, recording the DreamGirls soundtrack, and currently playing with Prince and his highly-synergized team of New Power Generation Veterans, Renato Neto and Morris Hayes, on-stage together since the Grand Palais and La Cigale concerts in France back in October, 2009. “It’s a blessing to work with Prince,” says O’Neal. “What an honor to play with one of the Greatest Artists of all Time!" Never conceding to life’s challenges, O’Neal has since played on various recordings and numerous tours for several of R&B, Gospel, and Pop’s biggest acts, including Babyface, Patti LaBelle, Macy Gray, LeAnn Rimes, Pink, 98 Degrees, Chaka Khan, Kirk Franklin, Steven Bishop, and CeCe Winans, among others.
