Kay Vogt, Psy.D. is a psychologist & family wealth consultant, and founder of Real Talk Company in San Diego. She consults on succession, leadership, and relationships since 1995. In the short term families can become more cohesive decision-making groups and in the long-term can function in a way that maximizes the health and happiness of each member. She uses a whole-brain, whole-systems approach to help families communicate and relate more deeply so they can define and preserve their true legacies. Dr Vogt has an B.A. in economics from Benedictine University and spent many years in the business world prior to earning her doctorate in psychology and pursuing her interest in building authentic “community”.
