Did You Reddit?

A (mostly) weekly podcast about the Internet, by way of Reddit: the front page of the Internet. Each episode, u/ItsYerDad, u/MyFreeday, and u/DogBoobes discuss a different Subreddit, and the subcultures that this subreddit is about…kindof.

episode 90: 90: r/outoftheloop, Gritty is the Peoples' Mascot, and Goblin Slayer reminds us that we still don't get anime

Well hello casual listeners of DYR, how nice to see you again. At this point, our inconsistency is getting comical. People say that the path to success is built by leaning into your strengths, and I think it's safe to say that our strengths lie in designing schedules that transcend convenience, and creating episodes that are virtually impossible for u/itsyerdad to edit in a timely manner. So, here we are, at our best, revisiting one of our favorite evergreen subreddits r/outoftheloop, where we try to make sense of the massive Goblin Slayer controversy, fights within the Bernie lifers, and Garfield's horrifying comic book alter ego. Plus, we get to know Gritty, we discuss LaCroix's secret ingredient (it's rat poison!), and Canada legalizes weed (about a week and a half ago). Punctuality is for normies. This episode brought to you by clocks.
