FRITZ STARTED HIS CAREER IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT IN 2006, AND LATER GOT INTO SOFTWARE TESTING AND AUTOMATION. FROM THERE HE MADE THE JUMP INTO CONTRACT WORK AND CONSULTING. AFTER A COUPLE YEARS, HE PIVOTED INTO STARTING ARCH DEVOPS, PROVIDING THE SAME SOFTWARE TESTING AND TEST AUTOMATION SERVICES FOR CLIENTS. FRITZ HAS USED MANY LESSONS IN LIFE AND APPLIED THEM TO BUSINESS, PARENTING, LEADERSHIP AND ENCOURAGING PEOPLE AROUND HIM. EVERY DAY IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO STRENGTHEN HIS FAITH IN GOD AND BLESS OTHERS, AND THAT'S BECOME HIS LIFE MISSION. HE AND HIS WIFE CHARLOTTE LIVE IN ST. LOUIS AND ARE PARENTS TO 4 GIRLS.
