Gilbert House Fellowship #50: Deuteronomy 32-34

WE REACH the end of the life of Moses today, concluding the Book of Deuteronomy with the Song of Moses, a retelling of the history of the Hebrews, and a prophecy over the tribes of Israel.

Deuteronomy 32 is a key chapter in the Bible because verses 8 and 9 are fundamental to understanding the long-running cosmic war between God and the rebellious fallen angels and the very nature of cosmology. We discuss in more detail the Divine Council, the disinheritance of the nations after the Tower of Babel, and the implications of the existence of small-G gods on Christian doctrine.
