Show Notes

“It's never the differences between people that surprise us. It's the things that, against all odds, we have in common.” ― Jodi Picoult

Not many of us were born with the proverbial “gold spoon in our mouths.”  Some of us have had to overcome many atrocities to be the person we are today.

This week, The Entrepreneurial You podcast invites  Victoria Pelletier to talk about women overcoming unspeakable odds.

Here is a snippet of what  Victoria shared:

“So for me I felt I had something to prove so with each obstacle that was put in front of me or whether it was an obstacle or just quite frankly a challenge. I knew I needed to succeed so my first job was at age 11, by 14  I was like the supervisor at the shoe store that I worked at at 16. I was the office manager for a medical practice while I was in school, I was just constantly out to prove more and more and more. And again, I just think a lot of us have to do. With nature versus nurture, I think, there's a lot of influence and that the nature and what occurred that just drove me to become Unstoppable.”

Listen to the episode and let us know what is your biggest takeaway.
