Because you can now get a parking ticket for meth possession in Oregon! But that's not what this episode is about. It's technically about politics, but Palpatinian politics, by way of Star Wars's most prolific narc, Jar Jar Binks. In a particular Reddit theory from almost five years ago now, Jar Jar isn't the dumb idiot that people think he is, but rather, a skilled practitioner of the force, and the galaxy's greatest "yes, and" actor. Plus, Dogboobes confuses Bernie Sanders with Colonel Sanders, but honestly that's a fair mistake.
