Reverie True Crime

Reverie means to daydream but sometimes when we zone out, our anxiety and intrusive thoughts can creep in. We might start to think about our anxieties and worst fears. Sometimes we get caught up in obscure thoughts about disturbing events occurring, or that have occurred, in the world. As humans, we can naturally become curious about these horrible happenings in life. Paige narrates stories of crimes, sits down and talks with victims' loved ones, chats with other podcasters, survivors, and occasionally tells haunting, creepy stories. She is passionate about all aspects of these true stories. Shedding light on the dark, terrifying things that have happened, and still happen in the world, is very important to her.Paige hopes that through these stories she can bring awareness to injustices, important issues, and evil deeds that have taken place all around the world. You can email case suggestions and even your personal paranormal/strange and/or crime related stories to ReverieTrueCrime@gmail.com

45. Rebecca Zahau: Part One Discussion with Jules, from Riddle Me That! True Crime

In 2011, a 6 year old boy, Max Shacknai, would take a fall from the second floor banister, and this would set off a chain of events. In the wake of the tragedy, not only this young boy, but also the father Jonah's girlfriend of three years, Rebecca Zahau would be dead. The circumstances of her death left more questions than answers. The official conclusion of law enforcement was suicide. There was also a civil trial, where someone close to the victim was held responsible for her death. The question remains, was this suicide or murder? Listen and weigh in for yourselves.

This episode was recorded for Dr. Jules’ podcast, Riddle Me That! True Crime. She’s amazing and I’m happy to bring part one and two to the feed! Check out her fantastic podcast!
