Focus on WHY

Aged just 21, travelling to the Kalahari desert 5000 miles away from anyone she knew, Gillie Barlow started her own journey of self-discovery. Seeing life from different perspectives, one day she had a dream of a mountain house and disabled people. Learning that first you have to understand your truth to find your success, through strength and resilience and a maxim of “I’m going to do it, the question is how?”, Gillie found fulfilment whilst pursuing this dream.

ABOUT GILLIE BARLOW

Gillie has always had a passion to build people up, to see them flourish and to help them understand what ‘happy’ and ’success’ mean.  She has forever had a love for property but even more for people.  A property entrepreneur and a visionary she was 21 when she flew out to the Kalahari desert where she lived for a while, working with a safari company.  It is during this time that whilst stretching herself massively out of her comfort zone she saw the beginning formation of the person she believes she is today.

In 1996 Gillie won the Childline award for Great Britain. In 2011 she won a yearlong property Mastermind program and in 2020 she won the WWA business women of the year award for the UK and Europe. Gillie spent seven years volunteering in prisons and set up an organisation to help house vulnerable people.

Gillie coaches, mentors and speaks travelling the country hoping to inspire people with her journey and teaching various property investment strategies. She has pioneered several programs including a year-long property course for youth and young adults as is passionate about helping the younger generation create early in their lives and to understand now what she only learnt in recent years. All her programs are unique in helping people to actually reach their goals. Gillie is an author and has recently published  ‘Understand Your Truth to Find Success’.
