episode 32: Colonel Gaddafi Part 2: Gaddafi in London

In the 1960s, Libya gets rich on oil. But this new-found wealth is soon being siphoned off by the elites. As a result, many citizens begin to question their King’s authority. Among these dissenters is young Muammar Gaddafi. After joining the Royal Military Academy in Benghazi, Gaddafi is sent to England, where he roams the streets of Swinging London in flowing Bedouin robes. Soon, with his training complete, he returns home to Libya and readies himself for an audacious seizure of power.
