What are you doing tonight? Tonight - great releases, incredible talent, outstanding composition and production of music - from around the globe. Whether you are tuning in after a long shift - or going to a 5 a.m. morning one, up with a newborn or want to party after the party - I am here for you
So, tonight we start with an alternative rock list. Some of you out there may still want to keep the party going. I could use some more rock today. Featured are UK artists Coor Brow-Obles, and Echoviolet. From Canada, Slant Six and One In The Chamber. We have the classic US rock band The Freight on the show, and artist Evan G Adams with his Heavybird project.
Mid show, we wind down and listen to amazing releases from emerging artists in the folk space. Canadian band Me:She is on, and US artist Rivita.
Americana, folk, gospel artist Oregon Kolby Knickerbocker’s new single “Over and Over”.
Then an amazing ballad “Ain’t Gonna Be Your Fool” from The Smoke Wagon Blues Band. An outstanding R&B band out of Hamilton, Ontario.
To round out the show, a tribute to front-line workers. We will hear “Uniforms” released by rock, blues and country talent Lisa Richard. Lisa is from Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Closing the show “All Together Now” by Los Angeles indie artist and songwriter Baywud. I wanted to leave listeners with music to motivate you and your community. A fight song we all could use now.
