Sarah Golemme is the co-founder of Jordyn Clark Foundation, a student-athlete at Concordia University, St. Paul studying Exercise Science, and a mental health advocate who genuinely creates safe spaces that support conversations about mental health. Sarah is also an active member of the nationwide nonprofit, The Hidden Opponent, focusing on eliminating the stigma of mental health in the athletic community.
