Cheney Hamilton is the CEO and Founder of the Find Your Flex network, she is a noted Thought Leader on the Future of Work and a member of the 50:50 Parliamentary Group.
Find Your Flex is the parent company of MummyJobs.co.uk and Daddyjobs.co.uk. Cheney initially founded these two companies in 2017 out of her personal need for flexibility.
The response to their launch was overwhelming, 1.27 million people got in touch over 10 days, showing a clear need and interest about flexible work.
Before founding her companies, Cheney had worked in recruitment as both a consultant and media sales for over 16 years.
Cheney and I spoke today about flexible work, how the pandemic has influenced employers' approach to flexible work, skills and in particular transferable skills and the future of work in general.
Cheney also shared her latest updates regarding her upcoming podcast series Talking Flex, her recent collaboration with Wells Fargo regarding a returner programme and her LinkedIn Live with Skills City about getting into tech jobs.
