In our ongoing quest to bring you stereotype shattering examples of great humans doing work they love we introduce: Paul Glantz!  Paul is the Founder and CEO of Launch Consulting - a CPA firm that helps businesses and individuals with their taxes.  Now you're clearly thinking that this interview is a boring one.  A snooze fest of Michele talking to herself, and a great one to skip.  The truth is you couldn't be more wrong!  Not only do Paul and Michele come up with some amazing product ideas (removing the migraine-causing chemical from coffee!) but they also have a fantastic conversation about all the ways a great accounting firm distinguish themselves from the others and help give your business the peace of mind that they need. 

Some stereotypes still hold up, Paul is a straight arrow who tells the truth, follows the rules AND his own advice, and considers client confidentiality sacred.  Here's a little more about him:

Paul's depth of understanding of business, and keen insight into the direction the industry needed to go, allowed him to anticipate the need for completely cloud-based accounting services, long before the moment arrived. After spending the early years of his career in traditional tax firms, Paul saw the need to take accounting into the digital age, and upon venturing off from the traditional path (and a quick trip around the world, a story for another day), Paul launched Launch Consulting Inc. What began with a desire to provide exceptional tax and accounting services that operated completely cloud-based, empowering geo-flexibility, and time efficiency for Austin's fast growing entrepreneur community, quickly grew into a full service tax and accounting firm working with over 500 clients in every industry, in major cities all around the world. Paul's passion for, and pride in, his work makes him not only an incredible CPA to work with, but also an exceptional human to work for. He is always encouraging the growth of his team and empowering them to be the absolute best professionals, and people, that they can possibly be. In 2019, Paul was chosen as 1 of 8 accountants to serve on Quickbooks Advisory Council, as well as Gusto's Advisory Council, and he is just getting started.
