In his role as management consultant, Nick changes the narrow perspective of what people may believe is possible in the business world and gently opens people up to how they might change the way they work or the strategies that they pursue. Nick Bush is a freelance management consultant specialising in customer-centric change and strategy whose clients cover both commercial and non-profit organisations. He is also the director of the Centre for Management Consulting Excellence, a volunteer-run organisation that promotes and shares leading and emerging practice in consulting.
Music has been a core part of his life since childhood and, having played and sung in bands and choirs as much as possible whilst working full-time, he has lately discovered a passion for helping young people get exposure to high-quality music education and has roles as a trustee and change advisor to two music charities where he can bring his consulting skills to help them grow.
