Jonnit struggles to regain control of the battlefield after barely surviving getting into the air and being shot at by enemy riders. Orimar and Tarvis battle Rowdy Rs trying to use surprise to overcome being outnumbered. Gable continues evasive maneuvers diving to skim above a river delta in order to create distance between the Uhuru and The Silver Bullet. Pliff and Jane take a big risk in order to help Jonnit in the air and it has disastrous consequences (predictably for Pliff.)
