When you think of a high ranking Product Manager at Amazon, what do you picture?  What if we narrow that image to be the PM in charge of automated customer service?  Now do you have an image?  If you didn't think of a goofy, sports crazed frat boy with an ability to talk to and charm anyone (and possibly inanimate objects... TBD) then you didn't get it right.  Meet Deven.  In many ways the least likely guy to be a high flyer in FAANG, and yet, somehow, EXACTLY what you'd expect.  Deven talks about his own path into the sought after space, and gives an honest, warts-and-all, account of life in Amazon.  After having a listen, what do you think?  Still eager to join?
